Delivery

Your templates are made to order and we aim to turn non custom design orders around within 2-3 working days. Occasionally it can take longer but generally orders are turned around sooner than the above stated time.

Custom design templates can take around 7 working days to complete if no further information is required after completing your order.

Your template(s) will be shipped in a cylindrical packaging tube and we recommend you unpack it as soon as it is received and laid on a flat surface so as to limit the amount amount time it is spent rolled up. Templates are made using 250 micron mylar and should return to a suitably flat state quickly after being unrolled.
