Frequently Asked Questions

All our templates are made from high quality 250 micron mylar plastic. The weight is perfect for being flexible to transport yet retaining it's flat shape for mounting when in use.

When purchasing a custom design template, at the point of ordering you will be required to upload your artwork. Your artwork will be received by us once ordered and we'll produce your template from the design you attach to your order.

Custom designs work best when you upload a pdf of the logo / image you'd like making in to a template.

When purchasing a custom template, please consider how it will translate to a template and upload appropriate artwork. We may get in touch if your artwork isn't suitable for turning into a template and try to advise further.

You should wipe down and clean your template after each use, this will ensure any surface material used doesn't dry on the template.

All our templates are carefully packed in cylindrical tubing. We recommend unpacking as soon as possible to ensure the template retains it's shape.

Non custom design templates are generally made to order and are turned around within 2-3 days although we aim to turn around sooner. Occasionally orders can take longer to fulfill.

Custom design templates can take up to 7 working days to complete if no further information is required after completing your order.
